Installation Guide:

• Special Notice: Due to the unique hybrid construction, cylinder head bolts must be torqued 10 N·m higher than the standard specification.

1. Thoroughly clean and degrease all contact surfaces on both the cylinder head and engine block.
2. Carefully position the gasket to ensure perfect alignment without skewing.
3. Tighten the cylinder head bolts in a cross pattern across multiple stages.
4. The use of a calibrated torque wrench is mandatory.

Recommendations to Extend Gasket Service Life:

• Use antifreeze/coolant meeting Long Life OAT specifications.
• Flush the entire cooling system thoroughly when replacing the gasket.
• Check oil and coolant levels weekly on high-duty or commercial vehicles.
• Schedule periodic inspections at authorized service centers every 20,000 km to verify cylinder head operation and compression pressure.
