Installation Guide:

1. Clean and thoroughly dry the contact surfaces of both the cylinder head and engine block prior to installation.
2. Do NOT use extra gasket glue or silicone, as the gasket features a full WACKER silicone coating.
3. Place the gasket properly in position, ensuring there is no misalignment.
4. Tighten the cylinder head bolts in a cross pattern across multiple stages.
5. Final Installation Torque: 120 N·m (12 kN·m).
6. The use of a calibrated torque wrench is strongly recommended.

Important Notes (Practical, Technical & Warnings):

• Never use gasket sealant on these products unless specified in the product manual.
• Low-quality engine oil or antifreeze increases the risk of corrosion or swelling of the internal fiber layers.
• If the engine overheats even once, inspect the head gasket and cylinder head thoroughly.
• Ensure the thermostat, cooling fan, water pump, and radiator are fully operational; otherwise, installing a new gasket will be ineffective.
• Always use a new gasket when reassembling. Reusing a used gasket—even if it appears undamaged—is strictly not recommended.
• After installation, allow the engine to idle up to full operating temperature without load (Idle warm-up), then recheck the bolt torque if specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
• If installing a multi-layer steel (MLS) gasket, the engine block surface must be flat and polished; otherwise, proper sealing cannot be achieved.
